Upon reaching the end of their reform, the boys are chastity free but disallowed from touching themselves at all times. They are then monitored even closely. To prove they're behaved enough to control themselves, on top of the regular treatments they still receive, their will is put to the test day after day for weeks on end.
Elliot just took his pills and was called for his test. He configured and inserted himself in the machine nearly half an hour ago.
Now he has to patiently enjoy as the machine teases him with minimal efforts. Until he has leaked enough, he will have to resist the urge to do anything other than watch as his therapist supervises.
