The imperial measurement comment reminded me of 2 short videos presented by, stand up comedian and mathematician, Matt Parker, talks about the crazy fixed sizes of paper used in the US vs everywhere else(at the end he mentions how imperial measurements were originated). https://youtu.be/mHeo62B0d0E Then in a follow-up video he talks about lots of different units of imperial measurements how easy it is to remember the number of each required to make the next unit. https://youtu.be/r7x-RGfd0Yk

Why would you go to another country on holiday/vacation and have a picture taken in front of a supermarket? That would be like you when you come to the UK and have a picture in front of a Tesco or a Sainsburys.
