After the 3rd and last series of porridge, you may consider doing the movie from 1979 called PORRIDGE. Well worth it. Then, after that.. You may consider doing a series called 'Going Straight' (only one series of 6 episodes) where Fletcher is released and it charts his life out of Slade prison. Again, well worth it.

2024-11-23 02:54:40 +0000 UTCYou may recognise the actor who plays Harris, Ronald Lacey, as the Nazi agent Major Toht in Raiders Of The Lost Ark. He made a bit of a name for himself playing slimy villains; he was also the Baby-Eating Bishop of Bath and Wells in an episode of BlackAdder 2.
