2024-08-18 09:08:27 +0000 UTCI recall seeing this when I was really young. Pretty dark subject matter in places. It gave one of my friends nightmares! I can't recall what it's called but there was an animated series many years ago adapted from a set of books which had similar themes. It centred around the lives of a bunch of woodland creatures, who, over the course of the series, died in various horrible ways & dealt heavily with the subsequent grief felt by their loved ones. The whole theme was around conservation. I recall it generating a lot of complaints at the time. I'll post it if I remember the name.

2024-08-18 09:03:16 +0000 UTCYes this was shown to kids. I don't think a lot of parents knew what it was. I know mine didn't realise what was involved, my mom just put it on and went off cleaning the house.
