Programming

At the moment the way things are vs how I started coupled with the directions things are going in via youtube across the different channels I am running and the changes in my personal life I am going to be making changes to the programming and possibly the pricing in here. Currently I've got all kinds of shows that are listed across different price levels and many of those shows (prime examples being Peaky Blinders, Luther, Classic Who and After Life) I just haven't put anything up for. There's others (Doctor Who) that's gone to all levels and there's some (League of Gentlemen) that's reserved for the top that's gone to all levels as well. For those at the top, I've only gotten 2 of the channels or companies for ad purposes and out of the 4 months I've done 3 ad spots total. I've got a lot of anime in here recently show and movie wise that has gone to mulitple spots past just the anime only. I think for the current pricing structure and the current way I'm recording there needs to be changes. I've got far too many pricing tiers. I could price it myself but I think I'm going to do a poll on this since you're the ones affected. I will be changing the programming as well. The weekly shows for 1 tier would be as follows: 

Only Fools and Horses

Black Adder

Porridge

Band of Brothers

Doctor Who

League of Gentlemen 

Torchwood 

Father Ted

15 Storeys High

This would include an episode or two periodically of either Afterlife, Peaky Blinders or Luther plus any music reaction stuff for that channel. There are also other shows that I want to look at outside of what's listed (Like Shogun, Power, Breaking Bad, etc) so anytime anything is recorded show wise, whether because it looked interesting and I decided to record 2 or so episodes of it or I just want to take a look and see what y'all think, that'll be included in this as well. Not to mention after Porridge, OFAH, and League of Gentlemen I have about 400 other shows such as Steptoe and Son, Are You Being Served, Some Mothers Do 'Ave Em, Some Like It Hot Mum, and SOOO many others. 

The 2nd Tier would include all of the shows but would include 3 normal movies a month, the history related videos (before youtube gets them) such as the history of gun ownership in the US, The Problem with the 2 Party System, The History of Gun Control in the US, Revolution Era Battlefields near where I live, Civil War Battlefields near where I live, and any podcasts that I'll be doing in the future as well where I'm going to be looking at interesting historical figures or events that might or might not have been overlooked or much known about them. 

3rd tier would be anime only (shows and movies)

Including

Solo Leveling

Lycoris Recoil

Vinland Saga 

Dragonball 

plus whatever movies

a possible 4 tier would include everything, all normal shows, movies, music, podcasts, history, anime and anime movies and related reactions.

One thing is I know I've really missed a lot in here thanks to changes via life and tech problems in the last few months. I have figured out with the way things are on youtube as far as reactions are concerned that just doing my same old same old isn't working view wise but I'm enjoying doing the batch recordings I've been doing whether it be for the anime show, or for Band of Brothers, or Only Fools and Horses. It's much easier for me to record, do minimal editing (taking out the kids being wild for a moment or stretches, yawns, ear cleaning etc that can happen during recording) than it is to record a bunch of stuff that I have to heavily edit to put on youtube to be blocked. I have a lot of stuff that I have planned, am researching or am editing (y'all getting 3 uploads of Band of Brothers and episode 2 of Blackadder in the next day) for mostly y'all in here but also to have edited and scheduled out on Youtube. 

I was thinking changing to something such as this Tier 1 for 3 a month, Anime Only for 3 a month, Tier 2 for 5 a month with the one caveat being the movies sent to me in my last opening are going to tier 1 as well but other movies such as Hacksaw Ridge, Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse, Equalizer 3, along with a lot of older movies I haven't seen and recommendations at this level will all be strictly Tier 2 and the everything included at 7 a month. I know the bottom tier goes up by 1 dollar but there's also a whole lot more that will be going up on that tier that was spread across not just the first tier but the 2nd and third tiers as well. The 2nd tier would get all of tier 1 but there's a lot of movies that due to a sheltered upbringing I've never seen and others that I just want to see, plus all of the original content I have planned would be seen 1st by that tier before even youtube gets it.

Of course the anime tier speaks for itself and so does the everything tier.

One of the other options I was thinking was putting all shows and movies at 4 dollars a month with a 2nd option that is just anime at the 4 a month and a 2nd tier that includes everything at 7 a month.

The last option I'm thinking would be just make everything all on one tier at 7 dollars a month.  That's all shows, movies, anime, original content. Everything all in one place. 

I've got the free tier where all the blocked stuff and in the coming weeks everything but the paid stuff that makes it to youtube will go to first. 

I'm open to just leaving it as is but I'm wanting to balance what you get along with the time spent for recording, editing and uploading as well vs the pricing tiers I currently have which I've not only missed on in the previous month or two but have changed kind of on the whole as well with the stuff I have been uploading in the last month, especially the last 2 or 3 weeks. I'll have post about changes coming to youtube up tomorrow that the programming in here partially reflects but may do a bit of a y'all only video kind of talking about what's been happening behind the scenes the last few months, the last few weeks and what I'm planning on going forward that I think is kind of going to be needed to stabilize my channel.
