Thanks for a great reaction! I don't know if you're still reading these comments from something you reacted to nearly a year ago, but many thanks for doing these. To my mind this has to be one of the best comedies of all time. Many comedy shows from this time were funny at the time, but I feel that seeing them now, they are simply not as funny to watch in 2024. This show on the other hand, is still just as funny and that to me is what makes it stand out. It's a timeless classic! Just recently joined as a Patreon so had to catch up with what you had of this series! You may be aware that after all this time, John Cleese has actually started to do a third series! It will have some differences and won't obviously feature the same cast (except for him as Basil). It remains to be seen if it is going to be just as funny but I'm looking forward to checking it out when it finally arrives!

Of all the Americans who react to stuff I think you will appreciated that series more than most. Margaret Thatcher considered both Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister to be the most accurate depiction of UK politics. It's supposed to be satire and yet it seems to be precisely how things operate. I would argue it's how most of our governments operate at this point. If you don't have the box set then I'm very happy to buy and send it to you.
