Not one of the best episodes, but still enjoyable, with the scene of the Doctor and Margaret/Blon in the restaurant and the teleportation scene being highlights. Perhaps some of the loose ends and other issues in the writing are explained when I say this was a replacement episode. Someone else was going to write a story but they had to abandon it due to other commitments. So Russell wrote a last minute story to do two things really. One was to explore the consequences of the Doctorโs adventures and whether he has the right to outright send someone to their death. Also, he wanted an episode showcasing Cardiff in south Wales and the Welsh capital, which is where the production of modern Who takes place, much of New Who is shot in Cardiff i.e. standing in for London.

He'd be in fits of laughter watching it and we'd have to watch it on repeat because he loved it so much. Happy memories ๐๐ฅฐ Dr Who certainly turned "Mickey" into a villain in real life.
