Lag in postings

Still trying to get the kids summer sorted and yesterday was the first day in 3 days I was able to actually sit down to record. Be on the lookout for Little Shop of Horrors reaction later. I'm about to start recording in a minute and I'll be recording Still Game and Classic Doctor Who The Dalek Invasion of Earth. I've got to edit and post in here 2 episodes of Peaky Blinders, Starship Troopers, 2 more episodes of Derry Girls, Cunk on Britain. I've got a shit ton of stuff for here that I'm behind on so that's what I'll be working on as much as possible.
That said there's going to be a change to what is posted to the channel. For the most part Monday-Wednesdays are going to be set with Doctor Who and Still Game. Past that though instead of the quantity of things I'm going to try to go with more quality. I'm not phasing any of those shows out, and you'll be episodes ahead in here of what Youtube sees but I'm going to be adding in more clips and movies. Youtube growth is all about the views and engagement that drive discoverability. Outside of Doctor Who and Still Game, the viewership on everything has dropped. I think the one show that may get regular rotation more than the rest is Shameless. Y'all will get everything as normal. So even the weeks that don't see something go up on Youtube, you'll still get it in here. Actually easier for me that way. less editing.
I think trying to go for some quality over the quantity gives me a bit more flexibility as well since 3 shows are set for weekly release on the channel. Everything else I can take time to edit for presentation, or find comedy clips or history things I haven't had the chance to look at that I can also, edit for better presentation quality or at the least gives a bit more eclecticness to the channel.

I had her on a schedule where she was sleeping and I had like 4 or 5 hours before her and the rest of the kids woke up so I was doing my recordings. The 9 year old decided she doesn't like sleep. She's on the spectrum and has decided she doesn't want to be on the same sleep schedule so about the time she goes down is about the time my other kids are waking up. It's been right fucked.

There's another round of stuff coming in the coming week that I've got on hand. I do apologize I haven't been able to put up the those first 2 episodes but I do have a good bit of stuff (and I'll have an episode or 2 of that up this week as well.

2023-06-18 20:22:01 +0000 UTCYeah and I've had the 2 episodes I did react to have to get scrapped until I can either add audio to the shows or scrapped. Otherwise You'd have already had them. Life has kind of gotten in the way thanks to kids when it comes to reacting to more. I'll be recording another episode later this afternoon or tomorrow. Also should I start at season 1 or a later season in the show cause I recored s1 e1 and e2, those are the 2 that the audio was messed up on.
