Witch in a box

This witch has powerful magic coursing through her veins, but the runic collar around her neck prevents her from using it unless commanded to by her owner. (There are some witch cosplayers in the Leda series, but I wanted to do some images featuring a real one.)

I'm thinking there's a company which sells witches, fairies, and other magical girls. I'll draw some more in a future image.
