SAD DAY (Kinda, excited for season 2!!!) as we are now reacting to the FINAL Episode of Season 1 Bon Voyage.
As mentioned this will be a two part upload as this is a 2 hour episode!
So great to see the boys act like a family and eat and cook together. Great to see Suga working hard on the Intro song as well!
Love the firecrackers too, funny enough we have shot them like that but always wanted to. (The long ones that shoot like fireballs)
What was your favorite part of the season?

So yeah. Those are still pepperoncini peppers. There are a few different kinds: Italian and Greek at least. The Italian ones are longer and thinner and the Greek ones are shorter, fatter and sweeter. The Italian variety Peperoncini include red spicy peppers hotter than chili peppers which I think is what he's using here. You can find pictures of them if you search red pepperonchini peppers.
Like with other similar peppers like banana peppers and bell peppers it'll be different colors depending on how ripe the peppers are and the flavor will become more sweet as you go from green to yellow to orange to red. Warmer tones are sweeter. Cooler tones are more bitter. A lot of people think of the short Greek green ones when they think of pepperoncini because they are commonly used pickled in salads and other recipes.
I didn't actually know for sure, for sure but I enjoyed the research project before work this morning. Happy to answer that for you and learn something new. 😁
