Hey GVG Family, Ron and Brandon here. Hope you all are doing well 💜 

We wanted to come on here to address some of your concerns about the changes that we talked about in our last post.

But first, we want to fully apologize for the lack of consistency and subpar content that you all have experienced recently. For transparency, we both have been incredibly busy with not only work but with life as our aunt, who raised us, moved to Austin with her four kids and we are helping her out in every way we can. As a result, we have become stretched thin and disorganized. However, this is not an excuse and is completely unfair for you all who have been supporting us. So we are truly sorry for that.

As we said last week on YouTube, we recruited Michelle to help manage us and Patreon in order to address this disorganization. She has created a filming and upload schedule (shown below) so that we stay on top of our uploads moving forward. This schedule is tentative and will grow once we get into a good cadence of consistent uploads. Michelle will also be in charge of uploading and posting updates onto Patreon so that you all will stay informed on any changes or missed uploads. Ron will also now be in Patreon everyday so expect better engagement moving forward. We know our Patreon has been a bit messy and we are implementing changes to provide an even better experience for you all. We hope that you will be patient with us so that we can make things right 🙏🏻

We also want to apologize for moving the benefits of In the Soop and BTS Concerts to a higher tier. In an attempt to reorganize the tiers and their benefits, we didn't think carefully about how this would be affect you all. There also was a miscommunication between us and Michelle on when we were rolling out these changes. It was supposed to be set for next month, but Michelle thought it was to be done by next month, so we are truly sorry for not only for the severity but the abruptness of the changes. To make up for our mistakes, we will be moving In the Soop and BTS Concerts back to the Silver Tier ($5), so the Silver Tier will give you access to all BTS content. We will also open all content for all tiers for the rest of this month. We won't implement the tiers until June 1st.

Again, we are truly, truly sorry for how we have handled this. We hope you understand that this is our first Patreon and that we make mistakes too. However, we assure you that we will never stop learning from our mistakes and that we will always be open to your feedback as we grow our Patreon and the GVG family.
