If I were to say my babies are rocking it, I would get canceled cause I called them Babies. Truth Be told it may get to the point that no one will have them on their show for fear or irrational Army backlash.

2021-12-16 19:47:13 +0000 UTCFrom what I've seen the age joke wasn't that much of a problem. People were rolling eyes and making sarcastic jokes, but that wasn't the reason people were so mad. At least not on my tl. The issue was actually the part where James spoke about BTS' performance at the UN. People didn't like that he talked about it like it was absurd that they were there and made it sound like they just went there to sing. The age joke just made it a bit worse. But honestly, it wouldn't be a big deal if it was anyone else, but from Corden, it was sort of seen like he should know better. Obviously, DT are never ok, but there were plenty of level-headed, rational people explaining what the issue was and not trying to cancel him, just have him understand why we didn't like the joke. And those were the top comments I've seen. Also, the 15yo joke has graduated, grew a beard, worked for 50 years and retired and now has its own 15yo great-grandchildren. I'm kinda tired of it tbh. Or more of how it's used. But I wouldn't cancel anyone over it.
