Cool New Hardware Before/After & Discussion!

I've been awaiting the arrival of this new piece of equipment, the GoXLR, for a while now. This update has a full breakdown of what this is, what it does, and a before and after of what it sounds like. I show off a few features, but not a ton because I'm still learning and tinkering.
I'm still not settled on what I want the EQ settings to be, I need to hear myself using the GoXLR more before I can settle. It may sound a little too bright with the settings I used for this, but I could also be wayyy overthinking it and I just need to let the new sound settle in my ear a bit.

Awww man! I'm so excited for you. The GoXLR is a great system software and all. I was able to work with a similar set up at my university major of my music degree. I've been flipping back and forth and I agree it is a tiny bit on the bright side. Personally I'd say your close to an even neutral sound. There is a definite difference. I'm happy for you I've been following on tumblr forever and it's great to see you improve. Anyway I'm done rambling and I'm so happy sorry for the long post❤

2019-01-04 04:42:07 +0000 UTCI appreciate the help last night. I enjoy hearing the before and after as well, I think having a condenser is probably one of the biggest positives. Now I can get loud and not peak, which has always been an issue for me. I still want to play with the EQ a little more but I think it sounds real crisp and clean. It's going to be a lot of fun getting some presets saved and fine tuning my favorites.
