Development will continue as I get ideas and the notes will not be extensive, as there's always new ideas and improvements brewing in my head. For now, the solids in the development are that the setting visually will heavily rely on my own heavily modded game, departing a little from common GTA lore.
Including here is a rough WIP of some of the first pages of the initial comic.
