New updates on March/April pins

Hello everyone!
I was really hoping for the next update to be "I RECEIVED MARCH AND APRIL PINS!!!" but... sadly it's not. I've been daily checking the status of the parcel since  my manufacturer sent it, and as I said it was scheduled to be delivered yesterday 29th March, then they changed it to today 30th. And, a few hours before the scheduled time, they updated the status as PENDING. I've made a call to Fedex, and they said this was automatically updated by the system and that basically was a random schedule.

Today I received another parcel (the keychains one), that was stuck on the spanish customs SINCE 16TH MARCH. They delivered it 2 weeks late, and I'm really afraid pins may suffer the same delay. I will keep calling Fedex everyday until they deliver it, to make sure it won't be stuck on there for 2 whole weeks.

At this point I am really ashamed, frustrated and irritated. I wanted to be transparent to everyone and let you all know what is happening with the pins. The manufacturer sent them out of date, and then the courier is delaying them even more. As I said on my previous post, I will be placing orders sooner to avoid these delays, and I'm NOT using Fedex ever again.

I truly, TRULY apologize about this, and I don't know what to do anymore aside from calling them everyday and try to make them deliver it faster.  I am really sorry.

Don't stress over this for us! It can take a whole year for delivery and we wouldnt mind! Im just happy to be able to support you and if i get something shipped thats just an added bonus to me! Just keep your chin up and we'll all keep backing you through this!💖💖💖💖💖

Don't worry about it!! Thank you for being so honest with us but don't stress. Anyone would understand the situation. Couriers keep things for way too long honestly so I hope they get to you soon! 💖💖

please don't feel bad criis ;___; they aren't on time because of the manufacture and the shipper it isn't your fault. Regardless of when they arrive I will be happy that I got to be apart of your patreon ;u;

It's okay, it's not your fault! Mail has been crazy for a whole year now, there's no telling what gets delayed nowadays. We're alright with waiting, it's not your fault, dont worry about us ❤

There is seriously no need for you to apologize, as this is entirely out of your control. You‘ve done nothing wrong and we know YOU‘RE always on schedule—way before schedule, even. Please don‘t feel ashamed about something you have no control over. We all understand your frustration and waiting a bit longer for everything to arrive really shouldn‘t be a problem to anyone! These things can always happen, pandemic or not, and you have no fault in it. We‘ll just relish the feeling of looking forward to everything a bit longer! :lovesonia:
