Legion Remix XP Bug/Exploit

Setup:
Queue for dungeon finder
When your queue pops, use your hearthstone
Convert to heroic tier (while the queue is still active)
Accept the queue
Result:
You will be in the dungeon on heroic tier difficulty
Other party members remain on normal difficulty
You receive 5x XP multiplier (heroic tier rewards)
Other party members receive normal XP
Why Hearth Before Accepting Queue: The hearthstone allows you to turn heroic world tier back on without being in combat or around difficult mobs. This prevents you from fighting overly strong enemies in the open world when not in a dungeon.
Important - Party Composition:
Do NOT have your entire party enable heroic tier
Optimal: Only 1-2 people should have heroic tier enabled
Reasoning: Having everyone on heroic tier causes enemy scaling to increase significantly
With 1-2 people on heroic: Dungeons clear at normal speed while those players get 5x XP
With everyone on heroic: Enemies scale much harder, slowing down clear speed
