OP Damage In Battlegrounds (Update)
Added 2025-09-16 09:25:16 +0000 UTCRecently I have been receiving requests from viewers and patreons as to how I am doing op damage in battlegrounds, as shown in various videos and witnessed by players in my live play.
The main reason is that I am using Dragon Isles flasks which are currently active in battlegrounds and scale up to TWW Level. This makes for a significant stat increase.
For example if you look at the tooltip for Phial Of Static Empowerment https://www.wowhead.com/item=191336/phial-of-static-empowerment
it mentions an increase of up to 471 to primary stat. In the actual battleground when applied it stacks up to 6668. This gives you a very significant edge.
I mentioned this on patreon before briefly but it was quite a while back now and I think most people who saw it then had assumed it was fixed, hence this update.

As I wrote in the article yeah its fixed....but look at Dawny's post....there's a LOT of other possibilities here. Blizzard's fix is a bandaid.

2025-10-10 12:44:04 +0000 UTCI tested it, if you REMOVE the phial and then add a new phial, it rests to the expected 623. So yeah, it seems to snapshot the bug and retain it from the BG.

2025-09-16 17:17:06 +0000 UTCI just tested it - it works. It seems there is a much greater exploit at hand too. If you leave the battleground after consuming the phial you KEEP the 6600 main stat. This would be extremely beneficial in m+. Additionally, while only useful in BG's I noticed the on use potions are insanely stronger than they should be in BG's lol.
