Interesting Healing Buff
Added 2025-09-07 18:47:16 +0000 UTCA relatively minor one this but interesting nonetheless. At Mereldar Arathi Infirmary (43 52) Hallowfall, there are several "injured soldiers" lying around. If these are healed by any method such as class abilities or cheap bandages purchased from the auction house, they award the player a 3 hour buff. This heals the player for 5% health every 10 seconds.
This is useful for world pvp and delves* (it persists there). Though relatively minor its duration and the fact it persists through death make it exceptional in that regard.
*This does not seem to have been noticed by the player base: delves stacked with appropriate quests are by far the best source of raw gold in the game currently.

Not actually in the traditional sense because you need alts and to stack your objectives on top of each other. But is a LOT of gold if you do. I covered some of it in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iBqvUWCYOw which is public, did you already see it? Alts are very easy to level currently. I wasn't saying anything particulary secret or controversial my apologies for any confusion.
