See Stealthed Players Using Toy Item + Add-On

You need the Spy addon from curse and can use [Sp-eye-glass] and the ping system to ping any stealthed player. It works in bg's too.
Use the spyglass then reload for a better view, target the stealthy by clicking on him on the spy nearby list of enemy players. Make sure to have a ping key bound and just have your cursor mouse over the stealthed player's nameplate and ping him. it will put the ping arrow exactly where he is. Also make sure not to move when using spyglass it stops if you do. you can move the camera, just not your character. there is no cd on the spy glass though.

The toy's ability to see stealthed players has been shared by me previously but this method is much more practical in a battle situation.
