5eMagic... merch?!

For those of you haven't noticed, we've been teasing a new merch store for a few weeks now, thanks to the incredible effort of my wife.

That's right, ladies, gentlemen, and geeks of all flavors. My wife has officially joined in 5eMagic. Not just as a player at my D&D table. Not just as my moral support during late nights of code. She's part owner of the company now, and made this entire venture happen on her own.

[insert evil cackle here]

For several weeks now, I've been watching her negotiate with manufacturers, collaborate with some talented artists, and build a small horde of kobolds to help with the logistics. I'm so excited to see where things go from here. In the meantime, here's a quick note from the co-owner of 5eMagic...

Hey, there! I am the wife Chris keeps cryptically talking about.

As a player, I have benefited from his tool and DM skills, and as his wife, I have also seen how much love, sweat, and tears go into building a great campaign or his nifty online tools. I have put this little shop together to contribute in a way that I actually could and in a way that let me learn something new.

I have enjoyed figuring this online shop stuff out with a little help from my friends and pulling in some artists I would like to highlight. The hope is to continue to include more if this is successful enough, and eventually add items that can contribute to all your future campaigns. I have so many hopes, plans, and dreams for this, and I am excited to get it launched to see where it could go! If you have any suggestions for items you might want to see, please let me know!

That's about it for this update. I still have some things brewing, but things have been a challenge over the last couple months, so I'm not as far along on those as I'd like. But we're getting there, and now there's more fun to have.
