Here is the list for the achievable extra rewards for each tier:
Tier 1: 2 Hi-res photos and at least 5 selfies for shimakaze
Tier 2: 5 Hi-res photos and at least 5 selfies for shimakaze
Tier 3: 10 Hi-res photos and at least 5 selfies for shimakaze
Tier 4 to VVIP: 18 Hi-res photos and at least 5 selfies for shimakaze
