It's partly exagerated cuz of the cartoonish style : V but cannonically she is just a picky eater with bird size stomach and doesn't like to exercise. In the future I'll try drawing her differently tho, Still skinny but less boney. It's just how I feel like drawing her at the moment. You know how in comics sometimes artists draw some characters buff and sometimes so muscular you wonder if they have problems wiping their asses with all that muscle that gets in the way? It's something like that. It's just a representation, like chibi characters.
