New "short" story
Added 2025-08-11 10:22:23 +0000 UTCSince you enjoyed the last “short” story I posted—by short I mean it fits into one post, but it can still run anywhere from 10 to 30 pages—I’m planning to share another one soon.
I’ve got a few ideas on the table, not all of them being RC-themed:
From farm to goth: A college student from a rural background moves to a liberal campus and finds herself slowly drawn into the world of her goth, bi, poly roommates—until she becomes one of them.
Metabolism curse: A fatphobic, skinny blonde insults the curvy Latina her boyfriend cheated with and ends up cursed with a new metabolism, a different complexion, and a body she hates.
Liberal bi girl to Amish: A free-spirited young woman finds herself immersed in a closed, traditional Amish community after a car accident, with no memories of herself. Luckily for her a loving childless couple is eager to help her.
NGO worker to Syrian wife: A German volunteer in Syria gets caught in a chain of events that transform her into a devout, local Muslim wife.
I have rather clear ideas already for all of these stories, so I expect the winner to be posted sooner rather than later.

From farm to goth has won by a decent margin! You can expect it posted within a few days! As for the other stories, some of them will definitely be posted too in the future, not exactly sure when as I have a lot of ongoing projects!
