2024-05-03 08:40:42 +0000 UTCWhen Hanna says her Shahada she is in a confused state of mind, when one recites the testimony of faith it has to be with sincerity and understanding otherwise it's just words and one isn't a Muslim. Loved the story though, loved the conflict between the two cultures and the expectations both have of each other.
