The llamas once moved...
Added 2014-05-24 03:41:23 +0000 UTCOriginally, the llamas in the "Llamas with Hats" series were going to move more. I thought facial animation wouldn't be enough, so I rigged up a system to move their necks around while they talked. In the end I decided the head movement actually took away from the humor, and I got rid of it. I've attached a short QuickTime clip that shows what the original neck movement looked like.
