Never thought I would go back to normal, still get waves of it but learned to pretty much put the feeling at a halt right when I feel it coming on. Hope it passes bro, for me knowing what it was and that I wasn't the only one stuck with the feeling helped alot. Being detached can make you feel isolated/alone. Drinking is the worst thing for it imo when you're hungover it triggers it hard, but I usually still drink anyway and am just absolutely miserable the next day. Google depersonalization audio tapes this irish dude sells them and they helped me alot. Im sure if you google it his will be the first thing that pops up.

You should put this on your main channel Not to try to equally compare emotional experiences, but here are two things that helped me overcome my most dissociative periods in life, hopefully they can help you too: -Go back to counseling. My counselor revealed to me that prolonged dissociation like that is most likely due to some emotional frustration/challenging moment from the past that is deep in you and unresolved. So it helps it identify it and bring it into the light, so your brain can heal from it instead of pushing it back down and pushing you away from reality in the process. -Pray to God and ask for help! "Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him." Matthew 6:8. That's what ultimately helped me the most when I thought I was at the point of no return.
