Callisto v0.90 - Week 1 Update
Added 2021-11-12 11:17:27 +0000 UTCFirstly for those that haven't noticed, Callisto v0.81 has been released to all Patreons. In the meantime, I have already started work on v0.90. Early in the week, I created the first draft of the outline, which has since been tweaked, after feedback from the development team. In parallel with this, I have been developing the new sets to be used in v0.90. It's always important to determine the quality of the potential images that can be created for game events.

One of the tweaks to the outline, was to include additional side material, namely a little getaway to an island paradise. Above is a preliminary render to test the created set. The set above is a fully 3D set that can be shot from any angle and any lighting system. For those that are not familiar with Daz3D, often the sets only work with certain lighting configurations and with cameras at certain angles. Think of it like a set from a western movie, where all of the props are facades. Much of the artistic creation process with set design is how to mesh together content from many asset creators into the desired result. It's only through the support of Patreons, that these assets are available to create such scenes.
For the observant ones, you will notice that Salacia is present at this island getaway. This is not surprising given the destination to which the crew travels. There will also be another familiar face at this event, however I'll keep you in the dark whom it is and let you all speculate. Also related to the above, I will create some polls, similar to those for the ball, where you will be able to pick your preferred swimsuit for each of the girls. I still have to acquire several swimsuit assets in order to create suitable variety, however the polls should start in a couple weeks.
Most of the additional sets have been created already, hence the formal scripting / writing process will start next week. These should be sufficiently developed to facilitate the creation of the v0.90 schedule next week. The time frame for release will depend largely on the image / animation count that results from this scripting.
Thanks for your support,
