We'd like to fix that and that's why we created this sheet, we are thinking that this is going to help improving the process.
If you still don't have kobans, please open the link, search for your nickname and fill in you ID number (can be found on your Hero page), hit a small comment here to let us know.
If you received your kobans, you can still open and check your ID.
