- For page eighteen I wanted to show off who was responsible for that segmented sword from the previous page. I ended up taking a page I worked on before and drawing over a part of it, mostly because I couldn't get the head shape correct. For the female character I reused a pose from a previous page and enlarged it to fit the panel.
- Later on I fleshed out the pose more and more, then I cobbled together two 3D assets to create the sword you see here. I put the sword layer on top of the rough pose, so I could mask the grip of the sword when I begin outlining. While I was about to outlining the page I added a brick floor and some debris as the background.
- After outlining, texturing, shading and wording the page I coloured the sword in and masked the grip of the weapon. Finally, after completing the page I saved it as a PNG.
