Game 7 - Working Progress - Page 22 + 23

- Here's the rough draft of pages twenty-two and twenty-three. What I wanted from these two pages was the female character gushing over the main character. Eventually the other male character brings her back to reality and eventually they walk away together.
- Here's all the rough poses all drawn and all the backgrounds planned out. After this I decided to work on page twenty-two first because I thought of some new ideas while planning everything out.
- What I did for page twenty-two I found a 3D background that I really liked, I converted the background into lineart, then I redesigned the top pose to make him sit near the arcade machine. After that I fleshed out all the poses for each panel.
- After finishing off outlining the panels I roughed out the faces for the top two poses. For the bottom two poses all I did was draw the faces without any guide lines because I wanted the faces to be goofy and rough.
- These are the finished results for page twenty-two. After finishing off outlining the faces I shaded and textured the bottom right panel.
- While outlining and cleaning up page twenty-three I decided to edit one of the poses for the bottom left panel. As you can see I just used a different layer to draw over the hair, I did this so I could see the difference between the outline and what I've drawn out.
- This is what this page looks like without any textures, shading and extra assets. For the background I decided to use 3D objects for a rubbish bin, covered the walls in graffiti and using the same brick texture I used before on a previous page.
- After texturing, toning, shading and editing some of these panels, I've finally finished these two pages.
