sadness - kiss in october (2017)

on january 13 2017 I went into a professional recording studio in chicago and rerecorded kiss in october and for the last 5 years I've just been forgetting completely about the song and the fact that I recdorded it and spent hundreds of dollars to record it, just so I could never get around to releasing it. it's mostly because of the piano intro, which I didn't get around to recording until june 8 2022. the vocals were done mostly by my cousin nila, but you can also hear me, even my brother, and I think my sister, and the original vocal recording on the first kiss in october version. I mixed the song myself because I never got around to coming back to the studio to pay them for mixing, and also I guess I didn't want to pay for it. this means that the song probably sounds way qworse than it could have sounded. I mixed this mostly in 2017 and 2018. right now the intelligent thing to do would be to cross examine the mix through various different mediums, which I will do, but I'll post it here first ebcause I'm impatient. which means that the bandcamp and spotify releases might have a slightly different mix because I would have listened to it on different speakers and realized that something might have been wrong.

aside from this, I'm going to work on all of the split albums that people (including some of you) have been wanting to do with me.
