I had this song ready at the end of january but didn't post it because I thought it probably wasn't ready. I mentioned in a lot of posts that I've been gone but now I"m back home. I'm moving very soon so I'm going to be busy with that and also finishing a lot of music projects. throughout the remainder of february and march I'm going to try and finish a lot of things and hopefully make many patreon posts.
this song is titled "1008" because of october 8th, which october 8th 2015 was when I started this song. I recorded all the instrumental side back then in a relativiley short amount of time, but the vocals I didn't finish until just recently in january. I started recording the vocals sometimei n late 2020, but didn't get much done. I had no lyrics to use from the 2015 time I made this song so in 2020 I wrote something that's inspired by what I know i was feeling and going through when I made the song in the first place

the context was personal and would be oversharing, but in a way the lyrics were also inspired by what i was feeling when I actually wrote them (october 2020). this song is going to be on the 2015 song compilation, which will hopefully be released in march, maybe even february to be honest
