this song was written all the way back in the very beginning of 2015, on february 20th, just 5 days after "as dawn shines a mourning light". it was originally called "Mångata" and it was recorded as part of Acjétêc until sometime in march of that year the project corrupted and I lost more than half of the session due to files being overwritten. that was so upsetting that I gave up on the song for a while until the summer of 2017 when I decided to rerecord it from scratch. some of the things you hear on the song are from the original 2015 recording but for the most part everything was redone. you can imagine this song with Acjétêc-style production was how the original sounded. unforutnately that lofi raw sound is lost forever. everything here was still self recorded.
