Early look at the sketchbox vid!

The June Sketchbox arrived and wanted to share the little video I made about it here before it goes out on socials. This box of supplies was a very graphite-heavy set which always makes me think of portraits.
I've been rocking out to Lizzo lately so wanted to try drawing her on the eeeeensy weensy paper they provided. Ummm portraits are hard?? Also tiny portraits are harder? I'm not happy with the likeness but the exercise was still a good one.
Huge thanks to all of you for making these videos possible. I can't wait to send out some sneak peeks for next month's perks!
In the meantime, stay safe lovely people. Also don't melt.

Ohhhhhh this is a tricky choice - but if it's in the budget I'd say do it. Future Melissa will probably think loving thoughts of past Melissa every time you DON'T MELT
