Development status
Added 2021-08-13 03:44:38 +0000 UTCHello loyal patrons and supporters of KeePassXC. I hope this message finds you all healthy and secure after such a devastating year. We are proud to at least protect your digital life during these times. I wanted to give everyone a status update on where we are at.
You may have noticed a little slow down in our development. We were hoping our hired help from the BASICS project would accelerate our pace... but unfortunately he was offered another position that he couldn't turn down. We appreciate his contributions but they have stalled since June.
Secondly, we welcomed a new member to the KeePassXC family! My first son was born in June and all my free time has been going towards him. I hope to pickup development again in a few weeks as life settles out.
Lastly, we have a lot of community contributions to merge into the code base. Cheif among them is support for visual studio and windows hello integration. We are working our way through code reviews and should be squaring up 2.7.0 in the coming months.
Thank you all for your continued support and patience as we get through these life events. We want to deliver the best product possible!
