Last I made Pkmn Adopts it was also Halloween Themed, so I had to do it again! I really enjoy designing and have really wanted to add adopts to what I do for awhile.

If you'd like to add a commission to this, you can! I'm open for: Chibis, Icon/Headshot, single shaded fullbody in either SFW/NSFW, and complete references!
