Hey guys, how are you guys doing?
This last 2 weeks I've been so rushed and I'm not satisfied with the progress I've done so far. But still, I also did updated and enhanced stuff especially the UIs stuff (because the core mechanic for Mercenary mode is gonna get involved with UI menu a lot), I also found a lot of system bugs that cost a lot of performance. Anyway, let's take a look at what I did during the last 2 weeks.
Systems
3D/Parallax UI (Heavily inspired by The Division):

I could just say that I based the UI designs from the Division because I can't handle how cool the look of the Division UI is. A lot of Issues and bugs for UIs are still exist and I'll fix all of those during the polishing phase.
Hologram Compass:

I also took a lot of Inspiration from The Division even for the Hologram Compass system. This will serve as a compass than a map but players won't be able to use compass without Signal Tower activated. Compass will only reveal a few point of interests and most of the locations will be hidden. So players will still need to explore the world themselves.
New Crosshair and Accuracy System for Firearms:
Now this is the actual use of crosshair system and firearm accuracy will change based on your movement and weapon handling level.
Team management System:
This is not very ready at the moment but as you guys can see from the test footage, the menu is 45% done now. Players will have to find staffs and assign them into each wing, so they will give players daily loots based on their skills and level.
Updated World/Weather/Ambience:

I updated the auto landscape material and now the landscape has even more details. The higher you get, the weather will get colder and colder, this will be solved by equipping coat or using temp booster. Also players can hear the sky ambience at the high area.
2D distance/hazy fog will cover all the landscape below which will give a lot of mysterious feeling into the world (also I can hide a lot of stuff far away to save more performance :P)
I'll add more mode into this game after phase 3 and it's Eliminate mode where players have to explore the world in Fast-placed Metroidvania style but right now I'll only focus on Mercenary mode, the systems and game development tools.
That's it for today, I hope you guys enjoy my progress so far but I'm planning to finish Team Management system within this month, because I can't wait to work on the character/weapon models now.
