Hey thanks! This is very useful information. As stress was possibly the cause, I quit my job, and have started to focus on my mental health. It’s interesting that strong cents and foods high in salt could be a cause as well. I think I have to start a diary/record of what I’m eating/doing to otherwise pin point my cause. As for my back, I really need to see a chiropractor/physiotherapist, but I’ve just been put into isolation, after a New Year’s Eve guest tested positive. Based on a PET I am negative. Here’s hoping that my triple dose of the vax has saved me from the spicy cough.

When my doctor prescribed my topiramate my migraines pretty much went away but I also had to get better rest and avoid migraine triggers (for me it was bright lights, strong scents, and certain foods high in salt like cheese). I hope still you can alleviate it while still maintaining your weight goals! I wish nothing but the best!
