Hey y'all. I thought I'd recreate an old video from back in late 2019, where I weighed in @ 205kg/450lbs. It's fair to say that there's been a few changes since then, and the shirt doesn't fit like it used to. That's for sure. I also struggled to get up on the bench 😏

If you've made it this far into the description, I wanted to let you know that there's a reason why I chose to do a video this time, and that's because of the difference in weight from then, until what I weighed last night is; 45kg/100lbs! That's right, I saw 250kg/550lbs on my scales last night. And because I know that isn't what I weighed this morning, I'm not posting it as an official weigh-in, but damn it was so nice to see those numbers 🤩
