Question: should I pause the Patreon for a month?
Added 2025-12-03 16:17:35 +0000 UTCI'm not sure what's the appropriate Patreon etiquette here.
But if I want to take December to plot out the Throne Hunter books and bank chapters, is it considered 'polite' for me to pause the billing here for a month? Or is that unnecessary? Are you guys happy to just hang while I work in the background, or is there more of an expectation to receive chapters constantly as long as your membership is active?
Let me know!

In my personal opinion giving a free month would give you more goodwill by the community while giving you time to plot a amazing series in "The throne hunters" and keeping this month payed would result in some people whose "month" started just before the ending of Gods Game to be stuck between not subscribing and missing the first chapters of you're amazing work or paying for 3 weeks of waiting to read the start of TH when it releases and start theorising with the rest. I have been reading since the start of prerelease IGS 4 and been loving reading the comments/theories people have been posting

This is for me one of the differences with Royal Road where writers seem to be writing all the time, but not necessarily at the same quality. Happy to wait and looking forward to restart when you are ready
