Blender 2.8 Add-on: Toggle Selection in Edit Mode

A simple little workflow add-on for Blender 2.8x
This tool will let you simply toggle the selection modes in edit mode:
Vertices - Edges - Faces and then last toggle will select all 3 options.
This was written because I missed the functionality from another 3D application.
please note the keyboard shortcut assigned for this addon is " 4 " , you can easily change this via the script togglemode.py or inside blenders keymap preferences
