Signum is generally a 32mm game when looking at humans. When there are beasts involved, they tend to go bigger. In my opinion, the Tabaxis should be about the same size as humans unless it's a lion breed. Same as the Illithid unless its a boss type character. The merfolk are the same scale as humans, they are just taller here because of their helms and fish tails.
