AGARES, Release 3
Added 2025-07-19 20:20:14 +0000 UTCJust got done with a family reunion at a cabin in the woods with no wifi and just my crappy little laptop, now at a different relative's house for a visit, but with an actual desk. I have a rule that I shouldn't post things while traveling unless they're cued and ready to go, but what is AGARES if not breaking rules?
I'm going to try to break these into manageable chunks for posting purposes. Right now, the master copy of AGARES is sitting at 92K words, which would be, uh 35K words since last time, which is probably too many?
So this is release 3, which is 11K words, ch 25-29. Release 4 will be tomorrow or the day after, 15K words, ch 30-34, and hopefully those will be thematically coherent chunks where, if you drew a line through the narrative scatterplot, you wouldn't think it was total nonsense. And then ch 35-37 are already written, and will be part of a ch 35-?? chunk at some point in the future, ideally between 10-20K words.

I'm just glad you're having fun writing! It really shows through the creative process when you're doig it out of passion rather than forcing it out of duty.
