Here's the Maya and Blender ready versions! (VRChat files available to the $25 tier)
The tongue is out by default but on frame 2 it's keyframed inside the mouth.
There's 3 bases, same as the dragon, one sfw and two nsfw ones.
You'll need a program that opens .PSD files to alter the texture file. The hypno eyes are under the eye texture folder~
If anything is off or weird give me a heads up! <3
