下記、依頼文です。
I'd like to see the woman in the white bikini in this artwork(https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/121193522) get impaled in the belly by the monster in this artwork(https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/116367296).
The monster grabs the woman's bra and lifts her up.(At this point, the underside of her breasts is exposed.)
The woman grabs the monster's arm and flails her legs in agony.
The monster uses his other arm to place his palm on the woman's belly and stroke it.
The monster then puts the woman back down (still holding her bra) and forms his other hand into a saw shape, ready to stab her.
Then it stabs the woman's stomach and makes a motion that looks like it's groping for her internal organs. (You don’t have to include cruel descriptions.)

(The monster's hand is large enough to cover most of the woman's belly. And I'd like to see the close up of her belly.
