August Preview

This month's preview is the cover art for the next issue of Mythic Magazine. The art is by the always amazing Jorge Muñoz and goes with the "Magical Tradition Generator" article. The generator covers magical traditions across all genres, so Jorge came up with a modern mage using techno-magic. I'm doing well if I can get my cell phone to play Brickout, but this guy is using his to conjure a cube for some purpose. Maybe there's an app for that.
The article is coming along nicely, and is chock full of random tables. I seem to be in a random table mood lately, between this issue and last issue!
This issue (#45) also has "One-Page Character Crafter", which I'm happy to do because it feels like it fills a gap in the One-Page lineup. I suppose that's because we have One-Page Creature Crafter and it seems right to have a ruleset for non-monstery characters.
When I use Jorge's art for the cover, I rarely get to show the whole thing because part gets covered by the title and the top and bottom are usually cut off. This is one reason why I place the full art within the magazine, so you can see it in its full glory, but it's nice to post it here as well.
