Mythic RPG 2e
Work continues on the second edition of the red book. I'm still in the Characters chapter, although it's almost done. I think this section is going to be the heart of the book, since it comprises most of what is new and different about this edition.
The Pipeline
Speaking of MRPG2e, here's a list of upcoming projects that I'm either working on right now or plan to work on:
Mythic RPG Second Edition
Micro Mythic (the One-Page book)
Mythic Magazine Compilation #7
Bringing the Mythic App back online
The Dungeon Crafter (expanding on the Kozen Crest adventure to make a stand-alone solo dungeon generator)
A compilation of the solo adventure modules from Mythic Magazine, with some additional content
The Adventure Crafter Second Edition
That's a lot of stuff! I don't have timelines on any of this, because I'm generally terrible with timelines. I feel really good about all of this, however, and I'm eager to move forward! If you have any questions about any of these titles, please feel free to ask in the comments.
Mythic Magazine
Issue #44 is out and roaming free in the wild, and work has started on #45. It's hard to believe we're coming up on 4 full years of Mythic Magazine! It feels like just yesterday I thought, "I wonder if people would like something like this ..."
Thank you, Mythicist Patrons, for making the magazine what it is!
I think that's about it for now. I always post these Progress Journals then think, "Oh! I forgot to say that!" I'll save it for next time :)

2024-08-06 23:19:50 +0000 UTCI don't expect it to be drastically different, I think second edition will be more tightened up. There are a few mechanics to it that I think can be streamlined for the AC's benefit. Some aspects, like Character Crafting, will likely be expanded. There will also be more instructions on different ways to use it, with some variations likely.

I was on a lunch break at work, taking a walk and reflecting on my gaming pdf’s as I often do. I was taken totally by surprise by this news and was ecstatic when I bought, downloaded, and read the PDF on the spot. 4 years already!?! Unbelievable. Great work my friend!!!
