Mythic Magazine Compilation 2 discount

The POD version is in the works. I plan to offer a premium paper and a standard paper version, so there's a print version that isn't as expensive.

When I put out the first compilation, I didn't realize how much extra the premium paper costs. When the second compilation comes out I plan to have options for multiple paper choices, which should knock a good $15 off of one of the hardcover options. I'll make that option available for the first compilation as well, but I'm not sure when I'll get that done.
