A few changes
Added 2021-09-01 17:07:24 +0000 UTCHello everyone! I'm going to be making a couple of changes to how the Patreon works. This mostly affects people who have yet to sign up.
I'll be changing the billing to pay up front, which means when someone joins they will be required to pay the tier cost when they join. After that, billing is as normal on the first of the month. Again, this won't affect current members unless you upgrade from one tier to another, in which case Patreon would charge the difference right away (for instance, if you go from $4 to $6, you would pay $2 when you make the change).
The other change is that instead of the entire catalog of Mythic Magazines being available, only the last three issues will be available at any time. The posts of old issues will remain but the links to the magazine will become inactive.
I'll be making these changes in a few days. If you have any questions about it please feel free to respond!
Thank you for your support of my work. Mythic would not exist without the fans who have played it for the past 18 years, and none of this new material would be coming to light without your continued patronage.
Happy adventuring!

Hi Eduardo. No worries, I'll send you an email with how to get them.

2021-09-03 22:49:50 +0000 UTCI'm in the same boat as Jesse Read. I haven't downloaded any of the magazines, even though I've been a supporter for a while. Is the grace period already over? Or can we download the files still?

2021-09-03 22:38:51 +0000 UTCHi Jesse, I'm sorry about that. I should have given the notice another few days or so. I'll send you the back issue PDFs.

2021-09-03 15:42:44 +0000 UTCI do want to share that I was disappointed to see this in my email today and realize that I already lost access to the issues we had. I had not downloaded them to be stored and even checked my open browser tabs (I’m a tab hoarder) to see that they now show “Expired URL” instead of the PDFs I had been looking at. I can understand the change, but feel the notice period was very short and being bit by the “oh, that’s cool maybe I’ll use that” and now seeing I’d need to go purchase it separately is a bummer.

2021-09-03 04:32:18 +0000 UTCYeah, I didn't want to assume that everyone downloads it right away, so three months should be a good range.

2021-09-02 22:56:28 +0000 UTCUnderstandable, thank you for heads up and having a "grace" period. I tend to forget to download the pdfs as soon as they drop.

2021-09-02 20:25:54 +0000 UTCVery understandable. Frankly I was shocked when I joined (switched from buying every magazine at drivethrurpg). All the magazines directly downloadable without even paying one month? There will always be people that can’t help themselves taking advantage of that.
