I have a Random Event for you ... more images from Jorge that will appear in Mythic Second Edition. Jorge is working up more artwork, I probably have about 1/3 of the total that will be in both the GME and the full Mythic 2e books.
When I work with Jorge I give him some direction about particular pieces that I want, and for the rest I largely leave up to his discretion. I use a lot of the artwork to coincide with examples detailed in the books, which means some of the pieces I have specifically asked to go with an example while others I will start with the artwork first and fashion the example around it.
I prefer the second method since it's more fun. Making those examples is in itself a Mythic Adventure. I wonder if I should write a Mythic Magazine article about using random pieces of artwork as inspiration for opening Scenes? :)
